I recently began reading again. Like, for pleasure. Probably for the first time since junior high. My hour commute to and from work each day provides me ample “sitting on my ass time”, as I refer to it so fondly. In addition, my 2 to 3 hours on an exercise bike each week also beg for entertainment.
Being as I’m going through the books at a respectable pace now, I thought I might as well start keeping track of them and my thoughts. I doubt anyone will read this - it’s more for my benefit than anyone else’s.
And with that, the Books page was magically created in cyberspace…

Ok, I am not really tracking your rating system. Could you please explain it to me. You know I am a bit lacking in thought sometime. Most of all this early in the morning.
Love Ya Kid.
I, too, was thinking it needed fixing, but I guess I needed a complaint to inspire me.
Hope you like the revised rating system. It even includes a tribute to the book burning party my friends and I had when I finished college…ahh, there’s nothing like roasting marshmallows over a calculus book.
Part of me hopes we can have another book burning party after I finish grad school…but another part of me hopes that really isn’t necessary…
